This prototype redesigns underused e-learning content into a more engaging experience by incorporating multiple learning styles and interactive elements in collaboration with subject matter experts.

As part of a leadership learning track, I created this example video, which could be used to help leaders understand the importance and benefits of delivering effective feedback.
