  • Mandatory compliance training is often perceived as time-consuming or low priority, leading to low engagement and delayed completion. This campaign was designed to support the launch and completion of required Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) training by making the experience feel clear, relevant, and manageable for employees.

  • The campaign uses a two-email sequence to guide employees from awareness to action. The initial message introduces the training with a focus on ease and relevance, highlighting how the content connects to employees’ day-to-day responsibilities. A follow-up reminder reinforces urgency while maintaining a supportive and approachable tone. Clear calls to action, simplified expectations, and time-conscious messaging were used throughout to reduce friction and encourage completion.
