This internal communication was designed to introduce the company’s Think Tank platform and help employees understand how to contribute ideas that support continuous improvement initiatives.

  • The communication focuses on making participation simple and accessible. The content breaks the process into three clear steps—creating a profile, learning how the platform works, and submitting ideas—so employees can quickly understand how to get involved. Visual icons and concise instructions guide employees through the process while reinforcing the company’s commitment to employee-driven innovation.

  • Developed the concept, messaging, and visual design for this internal communication to support adoption of the Think Tank suggestion platform and encourage employee participation in continuous improvement efforts.
